Class 2: Pairing + Infusion = Saucery! Learn the art of creating unforgettable sauces that elevate any dish. Discover how to pair and infuse ingredients to craft oils, butter, marinades, and sauces from scratch.
Class 3: The 3 T's Master the art of balancing Time, Technique, and Taste. In this fast-paced class, you'll work together to create five dishes in just one hour, honing your ability to deliver delicious meals under pressure.

Terms, Conditions, Disclosures & Policies for 2025
Disclosures:
- Each station accommodates two people, and each pair will create or be served the same dish.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory in our hands-on kitchens.
- Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol (ID required).
- Our recipes use familiar ingredients (flour, nuts, spices, fruits, vegetables, etc.). If you have food allergies, contact us before registering. We require 72 hours notice to accommodate allergies.
- Please give your full attention to Chef Instructors for a safe and educational experience.
- Better FED Kitchen Project Corp School reserves the right to ask guests who are intoxicated or behave unsafely to leave the classroom.
Cancellation Policy:
- Class ticket purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. You may transfer your seat to someone else if you can't attend.
- No refunds for no-shows.
- Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment, educator illness, or inclement weather. We will rebook you into another class of your choice.
